Dealership Complaints

Welcome to DealershipComplaints.com

We aim to protect consumers by making sure their voices are heard. On DealershipComplaints.com, we gather consumer complaints and publish them permanently on dealership profiles. We have created business profiles for more than 100,000 dealerships across Canada and the United States.

Our Impact

We have optimized our website to receive a significant amount of organic search traffic every single day. We also run marketing campaigns to drive more traffic to our website on a regular basis.

If you had an unpleasant experience at an automotive dealership, your voice can be heard quickly by creating a permanent complaint on the dealership's profile. We strongly believe that this is the best way to make a stand against poor customer service. Buying and maintaining a vehicle is a large investment. Consumers deserve quality service when buying or servicing a vehicle.

By sharing your experience on DealershipComplaints.com, you can help other consumers like you to know what to expect when visiting the dealership. You will also give the dealership the opportunity to respond.

Our Method

We charge a small administrative fee of $10.00 USD for consumers to post complaints. We manually review and edit (if necessary) each complaint to ensure the content is fair for both parties. The small administrative fee will ensure the legitimacy of the complaint. If a dealership wishes to respond to a particular complaint, we charge an administrative fee of $100.00 USD. It is in the best interest of the dealership to maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
