We charge a small administrative fee of $10.00 USD for consumers to post complaints. We manually review and edit (if necessary) each complaint to ensure the content is fair for both parties. The small administrative fee will ensure the legitimacy of the complaint. If a dealership wishes to respond to a particular complaint, we charge an administrative fee of $100.00 USD. It is in the best interest of the dealership to maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
